As we all know, HIV is a horrendous pandemic disease, affecting millions of innocent victims worldwide. However, in several countries some gay men offer to spread it. Deliberately.
While browsing through some more dubious local gay websites (well, I was doing research) I stumbled upon a couple of personal contact sites for/from gay men, men who openly state they are HIV+, while offering “bare-backing” and “Fist Fucking” sex contacts (ie extreme/unprotected anal sex) to anyone who feels like playing Russian roulette with a gruesome disease that has wreaked havoc with the lives of millions worldwide.
I was stunned, although I knew this deviant and basically criminal behavior existed.
If you care to take a look at his online profile (warning: explicit): Antwerp HIV+ guy offering unprotected sex, the ’sex’ on offer is profoundly shocking: (edited quote):

He’s not the only Antwerp HIV infected gay offering unprotected, utterly extreme deviant sex, while using ‘chems’ (=illegal drugs), behaviour that constitutes the easiest way to actively transmit HIV through sex. And rest assured, the number of ads I saw in 30 minutes was more than impressive, it was just plain frightening . But I was particularly shocked by this profile, as it already generated 163,553 pageviews, proving that there is a real market in Belgium for this HIV spreading behaviour.
OK, let’s get real for a moment.
This guy calls himself a ’sex pig, a pervert’, but is he potentially a criminal? In several jurisdictions knowingly spreading HIV to an unsuspicious partner is considered to be a punishable crime, but this HIV infected gay man is openly looking for other HIV+ gays, to engage in unprotected sex, potentially causing untreatable resistant HIV strains. Strains that will end up in the general population, making it even harder to contain pandemic HIV.
Belgium spent over 20 years spreading non-stop information about HIV prevention (even a primary school child is informed about HIV in this country) , but some HIV+ gay men apparently still couldn’t care less, believing that their life-threatening, extreme sexual urges are acceptable, ignoring the fact that their kinky sex life will cause untold suffering and death.
Mind you, most of these HIV infected kinky-sex freaks look quite plain: they may be your next-door neighbour.Considering that all Belgians pay for expensive HIV medication (through nation-wide solidarity-based heathcare for all, with free treatment for HIV victims) I feel these ‘I just don’t care pigs’ should be denied free HIV medication/treatment and face legal prosecution.

It has been noted by gay/bisexual male HIV prevention experts that some HIV infected men feel invincible, and even that the “I’ll live forever” syndrome is common and apparently implicated in unsafe sex practices.
Several respondents in a recent CDC study reported that a large subculture of HIV+ men found sexual excitement in the ‘Fuck of Death’, that is, conscious extreme anal sex (like FF, or ‘fist fucking’ ) with an unknown partner.
These ‘bug givers’ were generally aware that getting reinfected by a different strain of HIV does cause resistance to current HIV medication. Physical arousal was cited as the main reason for these HIV+ men to engage in SM/FF and other variations of extreme sex, although some of these men derived excitement from “infecting” their random partners, but most showed a rather stunning “I just don’t care” attitude.
The ‘extreme sex” HIV infected gay subculture is currently responsible for the sharp rise in HIV infections in Belgium, showing no personal accountability and remaining virtually unreachable.

How can I report a friend of mine who is spreading AIDS in the Chicago and suburbs deliberately spreading aids b/c he is angry w/ the fact that he has aids? He has told me that just by bleeding that he could kill any one he wants. He has spreaded aids with men in the woods and in alley ways and bragged about spreading aids to men who are not aware that he has AID. He has another friend overseas who is there and has aids and married a man in Berlin so that he would not be tested and they are trading tallies of men whom they have infected for 12 years or more now. How can I report this. I have a newborn and he is always wanting to pick up my baby. My husband doesn’t want him around and we are afraid to kick him out because he has threatened others to infect them w/ AIDS. I am afraid for my baby. Where can I report what my friend is doing?
